With medical and non-medical costs so high and most insurance policies having little to no coverage, it is difficult for many parents to cover costs for resources, programs, applications, and other items that are beneficial to an autistic child’s future.

We hear from many parents who felt they had nowhere to turn and their pleas for help were continually ignored. From social skills camps and swim lessons to holiday gift cards and iPads, ACA is here to help parents of autistic children in any way we can.

ACA provides emotional, educational and financial assistance to families dealing with the challenges of raising an autistic child.

We accept requests for Scholarships each year. If you are interested in applying for a scholarship, please look at the applications dates and email us during those times. We will need to know what type of scholarship you are applying for (camp, swimming, equestrian, etc.) and the cost. If funds are available, we will consider your request. At that time, we will need documentation from your child’s doctor stating that they are on the Autism Spectrum.

We accept requests for our Holiday Gift Card Program and our iPads for Kids Program each year. If you are interested in this program, please look at the applications dates and email us during those times. If funds are available, we will consider your request. At that time, we will request your child’s full name and address and a copy of their autism diagnosis.

ACA is a small public charity that relies on donations from the general public in order to provide its valuable programs.
